Description

MV Vagabond Princess is a true classic, one of the original members of the Vagabond Cruises fleet and a long-standing favourite on Sydney Harbour. At 30 metres in length, this elegant Moreton Bay cruiser was built by the renowned Millkraft boatyard and remains one of the few of its kind still cruising today. Her timeless design features rich timber finishes, spacious carpeted interiors, and wraparound windows that offer uninterrupted views from every seat. Whether seated for a formal dinner or mingling at a cocktail-style event, guests will enjoy a warm, refined atmosphere with a touch of vintage charm.

With capacity for up to 140 guests seated or 190 for casual events, the Vagabond Princess is purpose-built for entertaining. Two expansive indoor decks provide plenty of space for dining, dancing, and socialising, while the fully furnished rooftop deck and classic bow offer incredible photo opportunities and stunning views of Sydney Harbour. A parquetry dance floor, high-end sound system, and dynamic lighting create the perfect setting for parties and celebrations, while AV capabilities, a cordless microphone, and central PA system make presentations seamless.

All catering is freshly prepared onboard, from gourmet finger food to our popular buffet feasts. Beverage packages include quality South Australian wines, bottled Australian beers, and soft drinks, all served from fully licensed bars. Enhance your cruise with optional entertainment and activities like live bands, DJs, photo booths, professional photographers, laser clay shooting, aqua golf, and more.

Wharf Fees: $65 per stop

Floating Festival Raft Events vs Private Charter Boat Hire

We have two exciting options to choose from:

1. Join our renowned floating festival raft-up events! We gather a fleet of yachts at Rose Bay Wharf and sail to a secret spot on Sydney Harbour. There, we link up the yachts to create an afternoon party zone with top local DJs spinning tunes. You can reserve an entire yacht or purchase individual tickets. Prices start at *$3000 for a whole yacht and *$165 per person for a single ticket.

2. Prefer a private experience? You can hire a boat exclusively for you and your friends to explore Sydney Harbour without other vessels nearby. Prices for private charters range from *$300 per hour to *$1250 per hour. (*Additional fees may apply.)

    a) Pay whole balance up front
    b) Payment plan – Pay 10% a week over 10 weeks (not available if event is within 10 weeks)
    c) Social Split – Pay small deposit and we’ll email you a private ticket link to share with your friends to pay off the remaining balance
